II. Exchange Excellence
- Aesthetic Integrity: Replacements are only granted for devices in factory-fresh condition. A single micro-scratch voids replacement, transitioning the request to our professional repair wing.
- Timeline: Quality takes time. All exchange validations require 14-21 days for admin verification and technical testing.
