Because our inventory moves at a rapid pace to serve 400K+ clients, cancellations impact our ecosystem. Therefore, we have a strict "Commitment First" policy.
II. The Deduction Matrix
Grace Period: 1-hour window = 50% Refund.
In-Transit: Post-shipping = 70% Deduction.
Delivered: Within 2 hours = 80% Deduction.
Next Day: 90% Deduction.
These charges cover non-recoverable costs including material, professional labor, and bespoke packaging.
